Major Sectors

Historically, most of our clients have been within the power, waste, material handling, manufacturing, chemical, and renewables sectors. We take great pride in staying up on regulatory changes in each sector and will highlight critical changes and pressing issues in our monthly newsletter. Visit the home page to subscribe.

    Power

Stable energy supplies are critical but they must also meet stringent environmental regulations (state and federal).

  • Diagram showing the solid waste management process flow from collection, disposal, processing, recovery, transportation, to disposal.

    Solid Waste

Currently landfilling and waste-to-energy operations are the only two options for requisite volumes of municipal solid wastes (MSW). Recycling and composting also play important roles.

    Material Handling

Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws are being promulgated in many states to reduce paper and plastic waste.

  • Multiple orange industrial robotic arms with mechanical joints and wiring aligned on a production line.

    Manufacturing

Both major and minor sources have environmental regulations that apply to their operations, and usually vary from state to state. This can make uniformity across supply chains a challenge.

  • Five industrial silos with colored tops in red, beige, blue, beige, and black against a cloudy sky.

    Chemical

Our society has created incredible substances and materials that have become prevalent in our daily lives and made life easier for millions. But there is also a responsibility to minimize any associated environmental impacts from these processes.

    Renewables

Our society has to decarbonize to help mitigate the effects of climate change. Solar, wind, geothermal, and BESS can all be viable options for certain locations. We can help plan and permit those projects.
